2-(4-chlorophenoxy) propionic acid by Chirobiotic Tag Column-A

The enantiomers of the herbicide 2-(4-chlorophenoxy) propionic acid were separated by reversed phase HPLC using a Chirobiotic Tag column and detected by UV at 230nm.

2-(4-chlorophenoxy) propionic acid, CAS No. NR, a herbicide was separated into its two respective enantiomers by isocratic elution in around 10 minutes by reversed phase HPLC on an Astec Chirobiotic Tag column (250 x 4.6mm, Part No. 14024) using methanol, acetic acid, TEA (100:0.2:0.1). The enantiomers were detected by UV at 230nm.
