4-benzyl-2-oxazolidinone, CAS No. 90719-32-7, a chemical intermediate was separated into its two respective enantiomers by isocratic elution in around 10 minutes by reversed phase HPLC on an Astec Chirobiotic Tag column (250 x 4.6mm, Part No. 14024) using 100% methanol. The enantiomers were detected by UV at 230nm.
