Aspartic Acid by HPLC/UV
The enantiomers of the amino acid aspartic acid were separated by reversed phase HPLC using a Chirobiotic T column and detected by UV at 210nm.

Aspartic Acid, CAS No. 56-84-8, an amino acid was separated into its two respective enantiomers by isocratic elution in around 10 minutes by reversed phase HPLC on an Astec Chirobiotic T column (250 x 4.6mm, Part No. 12024) using ethanol, methanol, water, at pH 4.1 with acetic acid (70:20:10). The enantiomers were detected by UV at 210nm.
