A mixture of seven oligosaccharides was separated using a GROM-SIL 80 Amino-3 CP column (250 x 4mm, Part No. GSNH30508S2504) by isocratic elution with water and acetonitrile 35/65in around 13 minutes and detected by refractive index (RI). The compounds separated were glucose, maltose, maltotriose, maltotetraose, maltopentaose, maltohexaose and maltoheptaose.
