Five oligosaccharides were separated using a GROM-SIL 120 Amino-2 PA column and detected by refractive index (RI).

Five oligosaccharides were separated using a GROM-SIL 120 Amino-2 PA column (250 x 4mm, Part No. GSNH20512S2504) by isocratic elution with water and acetonitrile 25/75 in around 29 minutes and detected by refractive index (RI). The compounds separated were fructose, glucose, saccharose, maltose and lactose.
