Dopamine by HPLC/UV Using Chirobiotic Tag Column
The enantiomers of the amino acid dopamine were separated by reversed phase HPLC using a Chirobiotic Tag column and detected by UV at 220nm.

Dopamine, CAS No.63-84-3, an amino acid was separated into its two respective enantiomers by isocratic elution in around 25 minutes by reversed phase HPLC on an Astec Chirobiotic Tag column (250 x 4.6mm, Part No. 14024) using methanol, water (30:70). The enantiomers were detected by UV at 220nm.
