The corrected retention volumes of each enantiomer are shown plotted against the reciprocal of the volume fraction of ethanol, for each temperature mixture in figures 16A and 16B. It is seen that the data fits the reciprocal function extremely well with indices of determination very close to unity. The slopes and intercepts of the linear curves shown in figures 16A and 16B are summarized in table 6.
