It is seen that an excellent separation was obtained and the resolution of the 14 different substituted benzenes was completed in just over 10 minutes. The so called, high temperature stationary phases are clearly very usable at relatively low temperatures but their low loading tends to reduce both their retentive capacity and their selectivity.
